Is there any value to using the toothbrushes with the flexible heads so less pressure is put on your teeth when you brush? Some of us are very hard brushers! In fact, some gum recession can be caused by too much "elbow grease" when brushing teeth. The amount of time spent brushing and technique used is more important than pressure applied. It is a very hard habit to break , so if you have been told by your hygienist or dentist that you are brushing too hard, a flexible head toothbrush could work for you!
